Hur du exporterar en rapportmall<\/h1>\n

Endast administrat\u00f6rer kan exportera egenanpassade rapportmallar fr\u00e5n prenumerationsniv\u00e5n.<\/p>\n

Steg f\u00f6r att exportera:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Navigera till “Design”<\/strong> p\u00e5 prenumerationsniv\u00e5n.<\/li>\n
  2. Hitta rapporten:<\/strong> H\u00e5ll muspekaren \u00f6ver den rapportmall du vill exportera och klicka p\u00e5 hamburgermenyn<\/li>\n
  3. V\u00e4lj “Exportera rapportmall”<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. En ZIP-fil med rapportmallen laddas d\u00e5 ner till din dator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Till\u00e4mpliga rapporttyper: Detta g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r resultat-, balans- och periodrapporter.<\/p>\n

    Inbyggda mallar: Observera att inbyggda, f\u00f6rdefinierade mallar finns tillg\u00e4ngliga i alla prenumerationer och kan inte exporteras. Endast era egenanpassade mallar kan \u00f6verf\u00f6ras.<\/p>\n

    Hur du importerar en rapportmall<\/h1>\n

    N\u00e4r du har exporterat en rapportmall som en ZIP-fil \u00e4r n\u00e4sta steg att importera den till den \u00f6nskade prenumerationen.<\/p>\n

    Steg f\u00f6r att importera:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Navigera till “Design”<\/strong> p\u00e5 prenumerationsniv\u00e5n i den prenumeration d\u00e4r du vill importera mallen.<\/li>\n
    2. Klicka p\u00e5 “\u00c5tg\u00e4rder”<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. V\u00e4lj “Importera rapportmall”<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Ladda upp den ZIP-fil som du tidigare exporterade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Typer av rapportmallar som kan importeras:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Rapportmallar f\u00f6r enskilda f\u00f6retag.<\/li>\n
      • Rapportmallar f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagsgrupper.<\/li>\n
      • Avancerade rapportmallar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Se till att du importerar r\u00e4tt typ av rapportmall till r\u00e4tt kategori. En balansrapportsmall ska importeras under balansrapporter, en resultatrapportsmall under resultatrapporter och en periodrapportsmall under periodrapporter. Om mallen hamnar fel visas ett felmeddelande.<\/p>\n

        Tilldela f\u00f6retag efter import:<\/strong> Efter att du har importerat rapportmallen m\u00e5ste du tilldela den till de specifika f\u00f6retag som ska ha tillg\u00e5ng till den.<\/p>\n
