Founded in 2015 by Torulf Lundgren, Johan Thorberg, and Carl Frostgård—experts in business intelligence and performance management—Oxceed was created to fill a market gap for cloud-based software that simplifies company reporting and financial follow-up.
The founders recognized that direct integrations with business systems could save time for CFOs and other departments, making implementation smooth and cost-effective.
In 2017, Oxceed launched its first software version, attracting its initial customers and forming partnerships with ERP providers. This allowed clients to integrate the software seamlessly without costly startup projects. Oxceed expanded its offerings to include reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, serving both accounting firms and companies.
Today, Oxceed has grown into a team of around 30 people with head office in Stockholm. With over 20,000 companies and 200 accounting firms using the platform, Oxceed’s shareholders include SEB Venture Capital, and the company holds partnerships with SEB and Grant Thornton, among others.
